About Conny Wehland

Conny Wehland
Naturopath
Conny is a qualified Naturopath and Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist (Dr Vodder trained). She has had a keen interest in natural and complementary therapies since her teens. Conny has always been looking for natural remedies to deal with her own health issues, feeling that the standard pharmaceutical treatments were not dealing with the root of the problem but more like a band aid to her symptoms.
After migrating from Germany to Australia, Conny studied Naturopathy at the Perth Academy of Natural Therapies, graduating in 2004 with an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy. In the same year Conny went to Austria and completed her training in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) at the Dr Vodder School in Walchsee. In 2009 Conny graduated with the Bachelor of Natural Therapies from Southern Cross University in Lismore.
Conny strongly believes in nature’s healing powers and the body’s vital ability to heal and maintain itself when given the right conditions. Conny’s holistic approach to health means that she considers the whole person by taking into account physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental factors. Conny provides personalised care to each patient.
Conny has a special interest in:
❀ Primary and secondary lymphoedema management
❀ Lipoedema

❀ Stress related health concerns, such as insomnia, anxiety
❀ Endocrine and hormonal health
